jrfc trace files flooded

Hi,

I realized in my NetWeaver server, under the usr\sap\<SID>\<instanceID>\j2ee\cluster\server0 have total of 20 files with the name jrfcxxxxx.trc. The files is keep on growing in daily. All this files consumed a lot of HDD space.

Is there any place to set the log level or disable it?

In Visual Admin for the RFC listener, I set the JCO trace level and CPIC trace level to 0.

In the Visual Admin, Log Configurator, I set the com.sap.'engine.services.rfcengine' severity to 'Error'

Please advise.

Thanks.

Thanks for it.

One quick question. Do I need to restart my NetWeaver after the changes. Coz I changed the SAP R/3 in the SM59 by uncheck the 'Trace' under the Special Options but the trace is still exists.

While in my application the I didn't enable the log tracing. Same goes to Config Tool as the -Djrfc.trace=0 is not set.

Thanks.
