Error in Moni

Hi All,

When i run an IDOC to file scenario,i find the following error in moni.

The payload gets generated properly,but i m unable to find the cause of this error.

"No service user password found for Integration Server"

"Error while reading access data (URL, user, password) for the Adapter Engine"

How do I correct it?Kindly help...

Hi,

Check the user name and password in exchange profile for integration server..

Exchange profile parameters:

com.sap.aii.integrationserver.serviceuser.name

com.sap.aii. integrationserver.serviceuser.pwd

Kindly tell me how to go to Visual admin,as I dont have SLD access.?

Its a new case for me..so I am quite confused..plzz help

Hi Sriparna,

Ask your BASIS team....tell them to do what i have mentioned.....XI developer dnt have access for SLD n visual admin....

Hi Sriparna,

Possible reason is Adapter engine is not registered on SLD. Check in SLD.

Try to restart J2EE adapter engine and update SLD entries specific to XI domain.

Go to Visual admin-> Server-> services-> SAP AF CPA Cache

Enter the appropriate values for:

SLD.selfregistration.hostname (Use fully qualified hostname)

SLD.selfregistration.httpPort

SLD.selfregistration.httpsPort

Finally, if all the above seem to be correct check the userID / pwd for user ID : PI*.

Check appropriate service in SICF and see if appropriate user and pwd are specified there...

Also,check in SLDAPICUST tcode and see if there is an entry for the XI system there with appropriate userid (PIAPPLUSER/XIAPPLUSER) and pwd....
