system monitoring

Dear All,

I am planning to configure the system monitoring for Development Server , but it is not showing in the System monitoring ,

I have setup the RFC Connnection Using SMSY Tx,

Please help me on that , with that , I was unable to selet the development server and configure the alerts for that.
