Michael,

Please the corresponding 'service' is started/active using below path

MyComputer->Manage->Services & Applications->Services-> check for 'SAP<SID>_<Instance NO>.

If it's not started, start the service and make startup type as 'Automatic' and ensure to use correct credentials to start.

You can recreate the services using sapstartsrv.exe

It's ok now ,recreate the service 'startsapsrv.exe' and check the error information in the file (/usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS00/dev_w0) .

Thanks for all reply !

Hello,

Open your SAPMMC, click File->Add Remove Snapin-> click on Add-->select SAP systems manager, then click Add-next-next-give SID name, instance number and click on Add

Or if it does not work then:

go to C:\usr\sap\Sid\Sys\exe\uc\NTI386 and run sapstartsrv.exe, then select first option, enter sid or system no, instance no, path of start profile give sys<adm> and password

Thanks for your detailed reply,

but after I input the Username and Password then click OK, It appears the error information as below:

'cann't install service

Create service failed:421

The username is invalid or doesn't exist , or the password is invalid for the username.'

But I'm sure the username and password is right.

Could u tell me that's why ?

Error 1069: cann't start the service due to log on failed "

hi

Still it looks like log on error. You have to give a proper way to enter user name ("hostname\user name). Also you will have to give the correct start profile (profile with instances). Hope it will work.
