Hi All,

Can some one help me regarding this issue.

I was trying to import the development configuration from NWDI to NWDS, but during import configurations it is giving the error message as

Import development configuration failed

Parameter 'configFolder' must be an existing folder.

Can some one help me in resolving this issue.

yes, but when you import a development config, you import it from the server, right?

Did you manage to resolve the problem following the note?

I'm hesitant to implement the note since our server is running Linux, not Windows, and we're running a different JDK.

That, and the fact that only a single PC is having this problem. I have multiple other workstations that can download the same track configuration. That is what has me really confused. Why does it fail on one workstation, but not another?

I'm confused - Ervin, the solution detailed in the note occurs on the server side - this error is ocurring on the client side (Developer Studio) when trying to download a track configuration.

Can you clarify? I'm having this same error, and I can't get past it...

Hi Anil,

Make sure you set the "root folder" property in the Development Configuration inside the preferences of NWDS.

Check if you have already maintained the SLD url in the NWDS --> Development configuration?
