First check whether all SAP services are running fine(from services).

If not restart them amnually and start sap from SAP MMC.

If all services are up and running, then restore your instance by running sapstartsrv.exe (you can find in kernel direcoty)

Hi, everyone, thanks for all your reply !

After I run the sapstartsrv.exe, when I start the service 'SAPSID_00', It appears the error information as below:

" Cann't start the service 'SAPSID_00' on local computer ,

Error 1069: cann't start the service due to log on failed "

who can tell me that's why ?

Hi Hong,

Just make sure that SAPSID_00 is configured to run under the user "SAPserviceSID" (with its password).

If still problem persist, just add "SAPserviceSID" user to Administrators group. and then try to restart the service.

Just let us know the result of above test...

Hi Michael,

Whether you installed GUI 7 recently?

GUI7 wont support for 4.7 version. If GUI 7 installed, uninstall it.

Or, as Nick told you can run sapstartsrv.exe from kernel.

Thanks & Regards,

Nagendra.
