What means SR3 when speaking aboutSAP ERP60 (Including ECC)

What is difference between SAP ERP 6.0 SR3 (including ECC) and SAP ERP 6.0 SR2(including ECC).

Probably an certain degree of support packages.

Same question for SAP system based on NW 7.0 SR3 and SAP system based on NW 7.0 SR3 and SAP system based on NW 7.0 EHP1

Is there any simple document showing difference?

I need this info to choose right installation and system copy guide.
