Default value in settlement period

Hi,

How do i change default settlement period in PR05 to "open" when a trip is created and saved?

At the moment when a trip is created the status is "trip completed" and settlement status is then " to be settled". This means that the trip is sent for approval i ESS/MSS which is not correct in this case. I want the trip saved but with a "lock", that is settlement status "OPEN". I know i can change this manually in PR05 but i want it to be the default value.

In feature TRVPA only the trip status can be set, not settlement status. Would be grateful for any advice on this matter!

(The reason why i want to change this is because all trips in this client are created via an external travel booking system and then to be picked up in the portal by the employee for registration of receipts etc. Now the trip automatically is sent for approval to MSS before the employee has posted his/hers expenses).

Hello Frida,

This works as design. The setting in FITVFELD works if you go directly

to the "status screen" when saving the trip. However, if you save the

trip directly, the setting in TRVPA will take effect which by default

is "to be settled". As an alternative you can set in TRVPA that the

status screen will always be open when saving so that by default it

would be "open" as per your setting in FITVFELD.
