Wrong printout of Header text with smartforms

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with printing a header text with smartforms.

When I add a text from Microsoft Word (with copy & paste) to the Header or Item text of a Proforma then some characters are printed different as it is defined in the text.

For example: Copy from Word: Inter'al --> will be printed as: 'Inter#al' !

This only happens when I use the normal / small clipboard within the Header/Item texts. When I use the big clipboard (double click into small clipboard that appears first when you enter the texts) the word is printed correct.

I am looking forward to any help and suggestions!

Hi,

I think you are getting this in the Print out, if so then check the Language of the customer and the Login Language

This will happen when the customer Langage and the Login or smartform created langages are different.

Please check that and revert back.
