Hi,

1)How Shipment costs are calculated or freight cost, Which means when you create a shipment cost document how does the freight cost copied to Nilling doc in SD?

>>> 1. You can achieve it by adding frieght condition type in sales pricing prcedure

>>> 2 . You can achieve it another way as (If you want to bill actuall frieght cost to customer)

Create order - VA01 >>> Create delivery (Only save it )-VL01N >>> Create shipment document - VT01N >>> Create shipment cost document - VI01 >>> PGI for delivery - VL02N >>> Invoice - VF01

Maintain condition Type - KF00 in sales price procedure - V/06 & also shipment price procedure T_06

In shipment price procedure make this condition as statistical

Tickmark to transaction relevance procedure in front of sales price procedure V/08

Also select price type - ReDETERMINE FRIEGHT,

In copy controll Delivery to Billing - VTFL, at item level select price source as - Shipment

2) When delivery and SO has item category why Billing doc still needs an item category?

The item categories are used through out the sales cycle becauze, item categories controlls document at each stage.
