We have installed PI 7.1 and we want to link one of the fille systems(NFS) to run file related scenario.

I dont know whether we can do it during installation or we need to link the file system separetly.

Please let me know if i can use any of my local folder created in my system to pick or place the files.

Regards,

Srinivas

Hello Srinivas,

You can access the whole drive hosted on the Server where PI is installed, also you can mount any drive on your network on to your file system and use it locally with correct access paths.

All you need to care about is your PI user must have access rights with execute permissions on any folder it will access to pick or drop a file.

Cheers

Hi Srinivas,

No need to know anything during installation.. Depending on the OS, (for windows environment you need to share the folder and for unix you need oto mount the folder) you need to specify the path and then the File adapter can poll and pick the file
