cProjects installation requirement

Hello!

I have two questions regarding cProjects installation:

1) Should I perfrom installation cProjects on both systems ERP and CRM (Solution Manager) or only on one of them (on CRM for example)?

2) What is required SPS level for system where cProject addon will be installed? Any Enhancement Packages must be installed?
