Hello All,
Currently, we are using SRM 5.o standalone system, which is connected to various backend systems for invoicing and payment processing. We are using XI3.0 for this part.
Soon, we are moving to SRM 7.0..also we are planning to implement PI7.1.
I need your help and knowledge about the later (Xi to PI) part of the upgrade.
Please provide me any information, links, blogs and your real time exp of the same.
Thanks a lot in advance....
Rgds,
Jaya
PS: I know there a lot of threads available for the upgrade but I am looking for some specific info...hope you will take some time to reply to my query.
Hi Jaya,
While you are upgrading from XI3.0 to PI 7.1 some new functions are getting added to existing message mapping.
Due to this you need to do thorough testing of your interface. Please check following SAP note.

Hi Jayagupta,
Have you gone through the PI 7.1 readiness guide provided by SAP for smooth upgrade towards 7.1 from lower versions (XI 3.0 and 7.0)? its easily available on search.
I am sure you can begin with that to get a start.
