Context-Extension with Enhancement Framework

Former Member

Hello,

we extended the context of an exisitng web-dynpro controller with the sap web dynpro enhancement framework (the "swirl" button). A second controller is using the extended controller and the context is mapped. Unfortunatelly the context element we extended with the enhancement framework ist not available in the second controller.

Any idea what we did wrong?

Greetings

Florian

Florian,

I think in order to use context of another controller it should be declared as interface node and unfortunately we cannot do that using enhancement

Thanks

Hi Bala,

it is just another attribute under an existing node. So it is automatically in an interface node. The new attribute is also displayed in the interface node. But in the second controller it is not shown.

Greetings

Florian
