Relationship table Questions u2013 Qualified Table

I am using MDM 5.5 SP6

My Questions:

1. Is Related item / Substitute item relationships can be build only within the Main table?. Can we use import manager to load this. ( I noticed Import Manager, Related item / Substitute item is not selectable).

2. Can we build Related item / Substitute item relationships within the Qualified table itself?. This case only one Qualified table will be used.

Is there any Documents explaining in step by step how to load the relationship table mainly Main table / Lookup(Qualified table) and within Qualified table itself.

Data manager, I am able to build Parent/child relationships by using the Main table and Qualified tables (drag and drop) .
