Plan a sales order

Hi,

How it's possible to create a sales order automatically using a maintenance or service plan.

We want to sell spare parts to a customer on a regular basis from a service plan (every year,...).

Dear Omar BAKKALI,

I hope we can not create sales order in Back ground...

You can take reference and create sales order...by choosing Advacne shipment icon in the bottom.

Here you can select youe sales document type and maintain Sales area.

Revert if you have any specific req.

Hi,

As per as my understanding it is not availbale to create sales order using maintenance plan.

You can create service notification using maintenance plan >>>> from notification you can create sales order.

Process,

IP41 Craete plan) >>> IP10 (Shedule plan) >>> IW52 (Create order from notification) >>> Vl01N (Deliver spare parts)
