system should not allow second delivry for PO.

Hi My business requirement is

System should not allow second delivery for PO. we are creating deliveries through background job. Once the delivery has been created for a PO , it open quantity there also system(JOB) should not pick open qty pos. means system should not allow second delivry for PO.

Please advice.

One of the option is to go Purchase Order > Item > Delivery < Select the Check Box as Delivery Completed, then it will not allow you to delivery for Open Items.

In PO item level we have settings/options with those settings we can control this..

Hi,

Rule is that, If your PO have open quantities then system will create delivery for that po's,

After one delivery,close po. then system will not create delivery.
