Error 503

Hi ,

iam using SAP ABAP 7.01 trial version.

I cannot access Webdynpro Layout.....

When I open the layout tab , inside it a messge will be shown as

Error 503 Service Unavailable from 127.0.0.1

I did add necessary details in my Host file such as 127.0.0.1- localhost and 10.10.0.10- localsap..

How can i resolve this problem..???

Hi,

as far i know the problem is with hosts file only...

Inserting the line <ip> hostname.domain.ext into HOSTS file should solved the problem... restart the application after that...

Thank u for ur response...

The link u send is a situation when the Server is in someother computer.

But in mine, its in same system..That SAP app server NSP is running on same system as localhost

So how should I configure it ...my current host file structure is as follows:

10.10.0.10 localhost

127.0.0.1 localhost

::1 localhost

10.10.0.10 is SAP server or my MS loopback adapter IP.

But if I comment 127.0.0.1 and ::1 the webdynpro layout field will show the components ,but when I try clicking on them to drop into the frame the components will not respond.I tried right-clicking on the components ,then a short dump is generated and shown.

Plz help me as iam new to webdynpro.....
