Unable to Connect with data base server - MDM 5.5 & SQL server 2005 express

MDM Console, I mounted the server and status is running. But when I try to create the repository or Unarchive the repository , I am getting the error u201CUnable to Connect with data base serveru201D

I had this issue long back and looks like I did some thing like, I did right click on the server then DBMS settings and my DBMS server is listed there but what user name and password to give?

I installed MS SQL server 2005 express & Management studio express.

I Installed SAP MDM 5.5 SP6 5.5.63.77 MDM server and Console only.

I am able to login to MS SQL Management studio express with the following:

Server name: Name\SQLEXPRESS

Authentication: SQL Server Authentication

Login: sa

Password: Password

How to resolve this issue? Any help?
