Disable ON and FROM for Required field for limit and services items

Hi ,

My requirement is that while creating SC for limit and services item the user should get only one option ie BETWEEN for Required field ie date. The ON and FROM options should not be displayed and hided out not only in first screen but also while viewing/changing the SC in Basic Data tab.

I am using SRM 5.0 with extended classic scrnario.
