Hi,

We get the following message: Error When Calling Up IGS (ListenerRfc: unknown interpreter) in Root cause analysis ->change analysis -> Summary -> Chart display.What might be missing.I checked the IGS services and its working fine.

Issue got solved by upgrading IGS version from 7.0 to 7.2

Hi,

Check SAP Note 514841 - Troubleshooting when a problem occurs with the IGS

also, go to transaction RSRT and execute IGS test. If the output comes as blank, it means IGS is not running.
