To block SD Quotation print

Dear SAP experts,

I am using Status profile to block Quotation.Till such point of time it is release, users should not be able to print the Quotation prints out.

Could you please suggest if this can be acnieved by configuration settings.

Hi,

Remove the PRINT IMMEDIATELY from the CONDITION RECORDS for your output type in VV12

So that user can print manually

it should not even allow them to print manually till it releases.....is there any way to block Print preview itself....

Status profile not providing any control for Quotaion print. Could you please tell me if you have any idea if there is any object type can be assigned for that..

Then you have to write a code in VOFM and assign this routine to the OUTPUT type , so that it will trigger only the Quotation was released.

Hi

You need check the status of the quotation in the print program for quotation which is being used by SAPSCRIPT. This will prevent them from viewing and printing the quotation.
