Can collective open sales order closed/delete at one go?

Can any one tell collective open sales order can be deleted at one go with single transaction?

Hi,

There is no standard report avilable to delete the open order as you has asked.

But you can build an report with help of ABAPer to delete the sales order selected, but make sure the enries need to be deleted from all sales order tables like VBAK, VBAP, VBEP, VBUK, VBUP, VBFA, VBKD, VBPA, VBBE, VBEH etc, other wise the standard sales report will not show the correct information as desired, also you will not able to create a new sales order upon number range used for deleted order.

Hi,

There is no any t-code for delete open sales order collectively.

You can do it single document.

If you want to do it then delete from table VBAK.

T-code SE16N

Put table VBAK

Note : Tickmark to Maintain entries(To tick mark it put code &SAP_EDIT then enter, tick mark will come automatically)

Then delete.
