AC 5.3 SPM Owner not able to view SPM activity log

All -

When we set-up an owner, that account is not able to view the SPM activity log until we put the account into the controller's table. Is that standard functionality or am I missing something?

Daniel,

Have you checked that this is not just an authorisation issue within objects GRCFF_0001 and GRCFF_0002?

Otherwise, check the config parameters settings for "additional Owner / Controller authorisation".

There should not be a requirement to have the owner also assigned as the controller to be able to access the logs.

Simon, thank you for your response. Your suggestion pointed us in the right direction. The default SAP role delivered for Owner IDs (/VIRSA/Z_VFAT_ID_OWNER) was missing an authorization. The object GRCFF_0001 was missing the field value u201CL0u201D required for viewing the log.
