All dialog process occupied by EP to CRM4.0 Process?

Hi,

Users are Accessing ECC From Portal Using SAP GUI FOR Windows Iview and SP GUI FOR HTML Iview,

We assigned Iviews to users for accessing ECC From Portal and do thier work.

Users are closing the browser insead of System->Logoff in Iviews.

Even user is closed the Browser.The session is running Under SM04 And Occupied the Dialog Processes.

I Saw in SM04,3 Days back users closed sessions are active.because of users closing the browsers

and still active in CRM System.We saw in the UNIX Level,All Dialog Process are occupied by EP To CRM Processes.

New users are not getting into ECC System.

Now We restarted the CRM Server it is Ok,Users are able to login.

But everytime the same problem occurs it is impossible to Restart CRM System.

What We Want is the Whenever the User Closing Session in Portal,We want it automatically close in The CRM System Also.

Because we have 1000 users are using CRM From Portal.

I currently have no GUI for HTML sessions opened u2013 yet there are 4 orphaned sessions (2 from yesterday)u2026. I know there is a log off button on the screen u2013 But I know that users will simply close down the browser. If there are hundreds of users that do this u2013 there will be a problem I suspect u2013 what can be done about that??
