Update ABAP&BASIS from 700 to 711

Hi all,

does anybody knows answer to the following two questions:

1. Is possible update only the component ABAB and BASIS from version 700 to 711?

2. How do you update MAXDB from version 7.6 to 7.7?

If you say that 711, is it nothing but a NW 710 with Ehp1.

As of ow there is no upgrade path for 700 to 710.

I think you want to update from 700 to 701. This is nothing but a Ehp1 upgrade on the NW 700. There are two ways to upgrade to Ehp1.

1. With Ehp Installer.

2. Through SAINT.

Why would you do that?... In any case SP's have dependencies and in this case you most likely will be using EHP upgrades so my answer will be no (even though i haven't test that)

How do you update MAXDB from version 7.6 to 7.7?
