Hi,

What kind of Operating System (in source system) you are using?

Windows -> ‘C:\’

UNIX based -> ‘/’

...use any folder and test it

Cheers,

Ricardo.

Hi,

For testing your file adapter you can put your file in any of the XI server's folder and test. This folder path can used in both sender and receiver.

eg: D://XI_TEST/..

In order to make this directory visible to everyone, you can share it. Then you can reference the path as <b>//XI_TEST/<any folder>/filename

</b>

I didn't get this... The XI will be installed in Drive:\usr\sap\<SID>

Hi,

In the sender file adapter the root directory depends on the folder from which the communication channel picks up the file.
