E-mail confirmation to vendor

Hi SRM gurus,

Does anybody knows whether it is possible to send confirmation (GR) details in an e-mail to the vendor? If someone does, can you please give a hint how to achieve this...

Hi Kristof,

Do you have SUS (supplier self services )and BIW(Business information warehouse) in your landscape?

If yes, then the vendor can logon in his SUS portal screen and get GR details.

Different search criteria can also be made available to the supplier.

We do not have SUS in place. However we do have BIW.
