Standard Search Functionality In Internal Catalog Not working fine

In the Find Window , type in the description of an item to search for product in Internal catalog.

Ideally it should be retrieving the asked product , but it is showing "No product found".

Tried it even with Advance Search \Linguistic & Fuzzy search but the same result came

Experts Please help.

Hi,

I guess you are using CCM Catalog. Please check the TREX process is up and running.

Yeah We are using CCM. I have checked TREX. It is up & Running.

Can you display any item by navigating from category?

Is that catalog added to TREX index.

and also try to clear cache memory.
