CUP v5.3 - HR Authentication for Password Self Service

Hello everyone,

I am trying to set up Password Self Service with HR Self Servce. In the CUP Configuration --> Self Service, I select "SAP HR" and the two systems at the bottom. When I select Create under the Infotype (Verification Fields section), the Infotype, Subtype, Field, etc. fields appear for me to enter my numbers. For some reason, even though these fields appear for me, I can't actually enter anything into them. In other words, when I click on them, I can't get the cursor and can't type anything.

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

I am not getting any error messages ... I just can't enter anything into the fields!

Johonna,

You cannot type anything into infotype fields (apart from description field which is editable). Use the search (magnifying glass) icon adjacent to infotype field to select relevant data.
