CUP request page link cannot be clicked.

Hi All,

I don't know why this happens, but the links on the request page of my CUP system cannot be clicked, such as NEW ACCOUNT, CHANGE ACCOUNT, etc. However the links "Self-Service" and "Change Name" that can be clicked.

Any one have encountered the same problem and knows why?

Benny,

Were those links accessible in the past. It sounds like an issue with browser instead of application.

Delete browser cache and temporary internet files and then try accessing request page.

Actually, I met this issue just after I finished installing and configuring the system.

I have also cleared my browser cache, but it doesn't work.

Bin,

Have you uploaded all the necessary initial data xml files? Can you check that all the request types are active by going to request configuration -> request type?

I have never seen this issue.

Hi Alpesh

All initial files has been loaded into the system and all the request types are active now. That's why I am also quite confused.
