I have a custom Smartform that contains some lengthy terms and conditions texts. When the OTF file is returned from the Smartform, some of the quotes (") and aspostrophes (') have been converted to pound signs (#). How do I prevent this from occuring?

Hi Donna,
If you still face problems, use another font just for quotes and apostrophes, say courier or something.
Sometimes, changing the font helps.

Hi,
I think you have copied from somewhere. Please write those " & '. Because sometime pdf couldn't understand the font. It might happen that font is not supported by your OTF format.
Thanks & Regards,
