Hi
I am working with SAP R/3 - Extended warehouse management (EWM). When an outbound delivery is created in ERP, this document is sended to EWM as outbound delivery request and then an outbound delivery order is created.
When I want to reject outbound delivery request the system display a message:
Activity "Reject Change" is not permitted; reason: status "Version" has value "Active"
Message no. /SCDL/AF041
I want to know where I have to modify configuration to be able to reject outbound delivery request to ERP.
Regards
Hi Marco,
Check under customization in SCM, under the below menu path:
SPRO > SAP Guide > EWM > Internal Warehouse Process >
Delivery Processing > Posting Changes
Check whether all relevant settings are done for both stock
transfer and delivery changes under manual settings

Dear Senthil Mareeswaran:
I apreciatte your answer, I have already checked your suggestion. Nowadays I can reject Inbound Deliveries (ID) to ERP, and I want to know how reject Outbound Delivery Order (ODO) to ERP, because in transaction /SCWM/PRDI there is an option to reject ID, but in transaction /SCWM/PRDO there is not option to reject ODO.
Regards
Hi Marco,
have you managed to reject ODR or ODO? recently I have got the same issue. can not resolve it so far.
ODR item has statuses
DAC no
DBC no
DBD no
DBO no
DBP no
DCO not started
DDC completed
DRC not started
DVA fineshed
DVE active
and because of this DVE I can not reject ODR.
For inbound delivery it works easy - unassign WT from WO, roll back all WT and reject IDN.
How to reject outbound delivery is a big question.
