Mitigated Users Not available in Users Analysis Management view

Hi,

I have created Mitigation controls and assigned those controls to several users... Now when I run the Risk analysis with EXCLUDE MITIGATED RISKS, there is no change in the Management Report of Users Analysis. Further in the Informer--> Users analysis graph...when I try to select the Mitigated Users, none of the users is shown.

Looking for a reason and relevant solution

Hi Abhijeet,

Which batch mode are you running the risk analysis job with? incremental or Full ? You will have to run it in Full mode so that system takes into account assignment of mitigating controls to the users.

Also please check if you scheduled management report update job either along with RIsk analysis or after it.

Hi All,

There are mitigated users available as well the Mitigation Report is available....the only thing is the mitigated users are not updated in the Management view/dashboard...
