Update statistics in Maxdb

Hello forum,

we plan to updtae database statistics in DB13. Unfortunately we get the following errors:

The file DBAHIST.PRT is modified, there are no Header lines.

< This file is located in the database RUNDIRECTORY. Did you change it manually?>

The information of the file therefore cannot properly read =>

You got this error message.

Please, insert the missing Header lines manually, see more details in the SAP note 883929.

Then try to use the transaction DB13 again.

2. In case of further problems with DB13 transaction, as SAP customer you have option to crease the SAP ticket and get SAP support.

Hmm.. that's not the update statistics command!

Interesting error message - was there already a check data running?

Or a backup?

Well, the easiest thing to do would be to open a support message.

With a remote service connection we can easily check the issue.
