Missing action profiles in self diagnosis

Hi,

I am getting alerts that three action profiles are not assigned to transactions. Specifically:

The action profile SLFI_ACTION_PROFILE is not assigned to transaction type SLFI

The action profile SLFT_ACTION_PROFILE is not assigned to transaction type SLFT

The action profile TASK_ACTION_PROFILE is not assigned to transaction type TASK

In SPRO -> CRM -> Basic Functions -> Actions -> Actions in Transactions -> Assign Action Profile to the Business Transaction Type, the SLFI, SLFT, and TASK entries exist and do not have an assigned action profile, but they are also greyed out. I cannot add the indicated action profile.

Does anyone know the procedure to correct this?

You should user next path for assigning:

SPRO -> CRM -> Basic Functions -> Actions -> Actions in Transactions -> Set Up Action Profile Determination -> Assign Determination Procedure to Transaction TypeAfter that you should choose necessary transaction type and go through it.

Here we have blank tab 'Action profile'.

Will be much appreciated if you tell me how the problem was resolved. I am facing the same problem while doing self diagnosis in Solution manager.
