Hi-
I have a text type "Resolution Description" in my Service Desk. I want it to be impossible to close / confirm the message unless this text type is filled in. How do I enable this?

There is no customization for this
To achieve this you need to ask your developer use the Text Code (you can give him from Text determination procedure of ur transaction type )of "Resolution Description" and then code it in the BADI order_save
and remember this should be checked only at close/confirm status.
