Manual sample entry not allowed

Hi,

Am trying to assign manual sample entry in MM02. But it is not allowing for 89 inspection type. Any suggestions?

As per SAP standard , we can not assign manual sample entry for 89 origin. Why do you want to enter the sample manually? Can I know the scenario?

Hi Venkat,

What i understood from ur query is that you want to enter Sample quantities manually at the time of inspection lot (Inspection Lot Origin 89)creation, though system won't allow you to do so. Caz, according to me, Manual Sample means to calculate Sample size by clicking CALCULATOR button (i.e. u r clicking it manually & then system is calculating sample size) It doesn't come automatically as task list assigned to inspection lot.

I guess i am able to satisfy ur query.

Hi

first remove the task list tick

tick on "Manual Sample Calc"

then tick on "manual sample entry."

Now go to QA01-->enter lot size >then enter sample size>click on Calc

This has to work
