SAP GRC 5.3 problem in downloading SPM log

I work in AC-SPM 5.3_05.0. I can download log summary report in excel format from SPM user report tab. But when I try to download reason/ activity report clicking on download icon - in pop up when I click on the link "reason/activity report.xls" it opens a page with "500 internal server error". The page also contains -

Hi ,

Did the support pack upgrade fixed your issue

Iread throug the note 1168508 , but it never speicifies this issue

Hi

This is a known issue which is fixed in SP09 I think.

Have a look at note 1168508 for more info.
