steps for config free goods

1)Free goods based on conditions like pricing

Create condition table, condtion type - NA00 (std) pricing procedure, activate free gods

In Free Goods Menu:

A. add a feild catalog for CUSTOMER GROUP

B. create a condition table (free goods) say 555 only for customer group

C. create a sequence say FREE with condition table 555

D. create a condition type say FREE with

E maintain pricing procedure say ZFREE with condition type FREE

Now assign:

F. Active Free goods Determination or Assign with your sales organisation this procedure ZFREE

2) Item catg assignment should be TANN

3) Run trans. VBN2 to create master record for free goods as follows:

Enter following information in selection screen:

- Free goods type: NA00

- Sales org, distribution channel, customer # and execute.

Now in next screen create the record as follows:

- First select the exclusive button and verify that you are in exclusive view.

(that is if you want exclusive)

- Material#, Min qty - Say 34 cartons. (check in what units you want to manage)

From: 34 cartons

unit of measure:

Free goods: 12 Pcs

Unit of measure: Pcs

Calcualtion type: 1 or try the other options

Deliver control: Blank or any of the other options suitable to you.

You can change in Assign Item Cat

Assign Item Category

OR TAN TANN

This is allow you to sale free item with standard Item TAN.

Default = TANN is not Billing Relevent

Sales Order = Default Item, Manual Item

OR TAN, TANN

Manually you have to change Item Cat in Sales Order

still in order only normal TAN item category is showing.

Hi

Check the following settings

1) Item category assignment - OR NORM FREE TAN TANN

2) In SPRO > free goods > Control Pricing For Free Goods Item Category - TANN should be set as B

3) Also check - Activate Free Goods Determination
