Network creation for WBS element at a specific hierarchy level.

Hi Experts

As per Project Profile settings, we can ensure network creation wither for PD or WBS element.

And based on network type parameters, we can have collective PR for a network.

My requirement is to have collective requirement for work packages at 2nd level WBS elements (The structure will have 3rd and 4th levels WBS elements also).

But above configuration provides a network for each EBS element irrespective of hierarchy level.

Is there any setting to achieve network at specific level of WBS?
