Hi Gurus,

I want to define Sampling plan as follows

LOT SIZE SAMPLE SIZE ACCEPTABLE NOS

002 TO 015 2 0

016 TO 025 3 0

026 TO 090 5 1

091 TO 150 8 1

151 TO 280 13 2

281 TO 500 20 3

501 TO 1200 32 5

1201 TO 3200 50 7

3201 TO 10000 80 10

10001 TO 35000 125 14

35001 TO 150000 200 20

150001 TO 500000 315 32

500001 - ONWARDS 500 50

For first two lot size intervals acceptable nos is 0. System doesnt allow 0 & if we dont maintain any value then gives error message *You must enter a value in the rejection number field 1. How this can be resolved.

Hi

Always remeber that Rejection number must be plus one of the Acceptence number

check following example

90 13 0 1

280 50 1 2

500 80 2 3

1200 125 3 4

3200 200 5 6

10000 315 7 8

Hi Sujit,

My client want to maintain only acceptance number & no rejection number.So for a lot size interval when i want to maintain acceptance number 0, system gives me above error. Pls. Suggest.

Ask your client to read ISO 2859 Norms

The characteristic is accepted during results recording; however, in an attributive inspection, the number of defects lies between the acceptance number and the rejection number (see ISO 2859, norm for an attributive inspection).

How can they want valuation only on the basis of Acceptence number????

They both plays equal role otherwise hoe valuation of msaple will happen
