QM Certificate Type at GR

Hi Experts,

Certificate type configured with "Control without certif. with E Without Lot: Blocked Stock, with lot: Status.

Is there a way to avoid the stock being moved to blocked stock if the material is not Inspection Type activated for '01' for a particular plant ?

The other option was using Error message. Can we change the error message ?

Either use c: without lot :Error & with lot:status

or use UserExit:
