Hi Arya,

-->You need to import from the SAP AFS6.3 system to the PI system.

-->With out importing the idocs how can it be in your Pi system under imported objects.

-->If the idocs are not properly imported there might be the structrue problem but it will visible in PI system.

Thanks

Hi,

Once again try to import desired IDoc from SAP ECC.you should have SAP System details.

MATMAS IDoc available in ECC system right??i think it should.

you dont required any settings just login, system details enough.

Hi , i did following

1. Under the SWCV Go to the Imported Objects.

2. Right click on the IDoc and click on the Import of SAP object.

3. Give the logon server name, system number the user name and pasword of AFS system.

4. Select the IDoc u want to import.

5. Execute the import and the IDoc is imported under the SWCV.

In above step 4. ..m not able to see the /AFS/MATMAS05 Idoc how i can select???

List doesn't have AFS related Idoc. But same idoc i can see in AFS system. This is my problem.

How do i get the Idoc in 4 step List.

Hi,

Check in AFS whether it is released /activated or not...

looks like it is custom idoc...also check the profile whether sufficient roles are available to download the same from PI...

you dont need to do any extra settings for downloading the same..provided user used is with appropriate roles and the object has been in released state...

Hi Subham,

First check your SAP guy for this BASIC IDOC is aviable in the SAP System.

If it is there, Might be connection problem between your XI and SAP systems.

Parallely you check it RFC destination, tRFC , Partner Profiles...

You can import it manually...

In the SWCV make sure the option import of SAP objects is enabled and the Appl system name and client are specified.
