Hello,
I found the following link
[http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/25/6fa8fd27837846990a7a6813b06f80/frameset.htm]
In the link I found this sentence:
"From the Output Controller (transaction SP01), you can print forms that you have previously created with the new form solution based on PDF, which is available as of SAP Web Application Server 6.40."
Can someone explain me what is the "...new form solution based on PDF...".
What can I do with it.
Is it now possible to print a PDF to SAP Spool ?
Where can I find more informations about the "new form solution based on PDF"?
Thanks
Arnfried
Hello,
this tutorial: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c2567f2b-0b01-0010-b7b5-977cbf806...
can help you understand why and how work with the Adobe forms.
If you have any more PDF/Adobe/SAP questions, you´d better ask them under NetWeaver - Interactive forms by Adobe.

Hi Arnfried,
You can find more detail if you search for 'SAP adobe forms' or look at documentation for transaction SFP.
However, the one line answer is PDF based froms follows on from SAPscript and Smartforms as a SAP form creation tool that uses the adobe lifecycle designer for forms design.

Nick

Hi,
It is about Adove Interactive Forms, this techonology is embedded into SAP and you can directly desing and create forms in PDF format in SAP(TCODE SFP).(To learn more search SCN for Adobe Interactive Forms). Also if you need to convert old spool requests into PDF check program RSTXPDFT4.
