RM 3.0 questions

Hi Forum guru's,

Been tasked by a potential client regarding Risk Management 3.0. I've checked all the documentation and can't find an answer. Please advise if RM can do the following:

1) Track due dates for action plans?

2) Update all processes from a single data entry portal without having to edit every single document?

3) Documenting working papers (programs, findings,notes,exceptions,etc).including adding attachments (scanned images, pictures, etc) as audit evidence.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi Prevo

Here some pointers for you.

1) Track due dates for action plans?

All the remediation plan and issues have a due date associated with it.You can track them using audit trail.

2) Update all processes from a single data entry portal without having to edit every single document?

You can edit the processes from Portal.Not sure if it answers your question.

3) Documenting working papers (programs, findings,notes,exceptions,etc).including adding attachments (scanned images, pictures, etc) as audit evidence.

The documents and attachments can be added to the master data.For ex Org,Process,Subp,Control etc
