Error in importing ST-A/PI

Hi Guru,

I am getting error whileexecute RTCCTOOL program in se38.

Error: Table contents for table /SSF/PTAB from addon ST-A/PI are missing

So i checked in SAINT queue ST - A/PI(latest 01L_ECC600) component OCS package is missing.

so I load latest ST - A/PI package SAPKITAR7D again. but Add-on Installation Tool not able to detect latest package to load.

but it extract from trans -> EPS/In , while loading package shown in list.

But click START - > Load button its not detecting ST - A/PI component.

I tried workaroung in notes 69455. but its not working.

kindly help to solve the issue.

Hema,

Check your saint is using the correct directory.

In SAINT, choose Extras and then settings.

Check the load packages tab for the directory, where it will look for the packages.

Make sure you extracted SAR files are in there(.ATT and .PAT).

If the package exist but does not have the latest update you need to patch it via SPAM, if its the incorrect version you need to download and install the Delta upgrade, if the package is completely missing the you need to do the Add-on installation, maybe thats why is not recognizing the package.

Please check if the maintenance certificate is expired. if it is expired then update the same.
