Invoice printing - Can we select the page numbers?

Hi

In our Invoice we have an annexure after the invoice document. When we are issuing print command all the pages are getting printed, is it possible to select the page numbers somewhere in print options for output type?

Hi,

You can select the Page numbers only while processing the Output types using the RSNAST00 program

Goto the transaction code SE38 and enter the program RSNAST00 and give the OUTPUT TYPE, OBJECT KEY, & OUTPUT APPLICATION

Now execute this transaction in BACK GROUND and then it will ask for the Printer details and to select the Page.

In this way you can select the Page.

There is no other option except this.

Hi

Thanks for the helpful answer, I have convinced our client to export the invoice to PDF and select the page numbers from PDF when printing invoice or before printing change the settings of the printer to print only page 1.
