Authority control by Sales Districts

Hi,

Is anyone can tell me is there a way to control the SD by sales districts? Our sales is all go by sales districts, including the sales order and reports.

I try to search the standard authorization object, it can control up to sales area/group only, but there is no control by sales districts.

Kindly please advise. Thank you.

Hi,

As far as my understanding authorization on the basis of sales district, it is not available, you can take help of Basis team to find out object for sales district in t-code XD01 or VA01

Check any object available in this t-codes.

otherwise go for enhancement with help of ABAPer.

hello, friend.

i think it is possible. in principle, you will need an ABAPer and/or a BASIS person to create an authorization object for the sales district, which is then assigned to the profile.

nevertheless, try to look at existing SAP notes for creating authorization objects.

Hi,

I know we can create a new authorization object for the sales district, but how will it work for the standard SAP program like VA01, VA02, XD01...?

We want to control those SAP standard program by sales district.
