Error by deleting MDM Workflow

Hi,

I have a workflow in ERROR status. I am not able to delete it in Data Manager. I get the following error message:

"Cannot remove record because it has links."

It is not possible to delete it after any kind of check-in, check-out.

MDM version: 7.1.03.57

Hi Tamas

That workflow may be used in another records or another users

i suppose you should delete all that process before delete workflow

Hi,

I have encountered the same issue except that it does not allow me to do any check in and there is no other workflow that is in tie with the records.

What else can be done?
